No REI Groups in My Hometown

Looking back, I remember that I had make like 6-7 calls on real estate groups in the Nebraska area. The unfortunate part is that I haven't gotten any word back from ANY of them.

This saddens me in a way, and also makes me realize that there is the potential for opportunity. There is nothing really like this in my area, and I could be the one to start it. ^.^

It's something I'll have to keep in the back of my mind and think about for the future.
