Met with the Realtor

Met with the Realtor today and she (YES! A SHE!!!! *smiles*) seems like a cool person - down to earth and tells it like it is. I can see myself working well with her and doing many deals in the future. She has tons of experience in rehabbing homes. It's awesome I've found the person who works in the area I'm wanting to start in first.

I didn't know that much information could be packed into one small half hour discussion. It was almost an information overload, but I made it through. I was mostly on the listening end, which is where I wanted to be.

I have a banker to call tomorrow to set up an appointment to see what I need to do to qualify for financing. This scares me a bit, I must say.

Doing my first deal correctly is becoming more of reality for me and is becoming easier and easier to visualize. Not to say I won't stumble and pick myself up from time to time, but I know I'm starting with a good foundation and working my way up.
