Information Overload

Well, I've got my nose stuck in books and forums soaking up all I can before I talk to the banker on Monday. It's almost an information overload for me and feels a bit overwhelming.

My Realtor said that the first house I do will be most difficult and the most in a learning experience for me, and I agree. I am getting mentally prepared for what's going to happen down the road so I know the logical steps of rehabbing houses.
